"I love creating a change in  someone's life, however small or big.

Along the way I’ve seen people — even my own family and myself — struggle with mental health. So being a therapist isn’t just my passion — it’s my purpose.”

“Although I have so much knowledge, there is so much more to learn about a person beyond what is on the paper on the intake.

And while that’s happening, I make sure we have a good time! My personality can’t help but inject energy into every session.”

Marlyn Harry

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS - $180/SESSION

WHAT I TREAT: Domestic Violence, Transitions For Moms, Addiction, Anger Management, Grief, School Issues, Self-Harm, Trauma, PTSD

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: A lot of active listening and me constantly telling you that you’re capable of anything.

MEET MARLYN: Mom to our very own Founder & CEO, Marlyn is like a mother to everybody — and a support partner for other moms in transition.

Whether it was in her work as a social worker or on the grey couch, Marlyn’s power comes from her own self-perception.

She believe she can achieve anything and believes her clients can too — and she makes sure her clients always know how capable they are.

Marlyn loves to see her clients have that lightbulb moment — clarity into their own capability, and stepping into their strength as a result.

Experiencing the transformative effect of social services herself, she knows how vital she is to others — and makes sure she pays it forward with every client, in every session.

"I always tailor my approach to each client and their type of lifestyle.

Overall, I always emphasize patience in the process — you won’t see results right away, and that’s okay! This is about building sustainable habits that last for a long time. Change isn’t a sprint, it’s a marathon — and I’m in it with you for the long haul.”

WELLNESS associate,
Certified HOLISTIC nutritionist

Jessica Gouveria

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

WHAT I TREAT: Weight Loss, Inflammation, Insulin Resistance, Blood Sugar Imbalance, Diabetes, Period Cramps

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Centering the “plate method” and for me to repeat “consistency over perfection” until you start finishing my sentences

MEET JESSICA: A “trust the process” health enthusiast, Jessica is our resident Kitchen Queen — healing your gut and helping you lose weight with a smarter plate.

Jessica became a nutritionist because of her own health struggles. After consulting with different medical procedures for over a year without answers, constantly being dismissed in the process, she decided to take matters into her own hands.

This experience shaped Jessica’s “treat people the way you want to be treated” philosophy — making her a much-adored addition to our growing team.

To Jessica, trust and safety are essential between her and her clients. And creating a judgement-free space for you to open up about your health struggles, habits, feelings is an essential element in every one of her sessions.

CEO & FOUNDER
REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST

Julianna Harry

NOT ACCEPTING CLIENTS

Our Founder & CEO is an empathetic, open-minded, forward-thinking psychotherapist that always puts her clients first.

She helps clients explore the origins of their self-perception, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop a stronger, more aligned self-identity.

Often, people tie their worth to external validation — whether that’s through work, relationships, or societal expectations.

And women, especially, face the pressure to do it all — managing career advancement, family life and personal growth all at the same time.

“A lot of people — especially women and people of colour — are exhausted, undervalued and trapped in cycles of overworking and self-neglect.

I chose to become a mental health professional because helping others heal, grow, and transform their lives is deeply
personal and meaningful to me.

I get to witness you rewrite your narrative, step into your power, and create real change. In return, I get to learn from you — and it’s so fulfilling.”
